01 Definitions & Interpretations

The terms used in this document carry specific meanings. These meanings apply throughout the entire document.

Key Terms

• "Platform" or "Site" refers to the 399db website, its mobile version and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on or is browsing the 399db platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created after registering on 399db.
• "Wallet" refers to the monetary balance held within an account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to additional money granted under promotional offers, which cannot be withdrawn before certain conditions are met.
• "Wagering" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place bets of a specified amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on 399db and use any service on the platform, users must meet the following conditions.

Age & Eligibility Requirements

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, they will be closed and bonuses may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
• Accounts are for personal use only — commercial use or use on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• During verification, 399db may request relevant documents to confirm your identity. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Registration Process

Completing registration with correct information activates the account. 399db may request identity verification at any time and reserves the right to hold withdrawals until that process is complete.

03 Account Security

The primary responsibility for keeping your account secure rests with you. 399db ensures platform security through SSL encryption and protected servers.

• Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, you must notify the 399db support team immediately.
• 399db will not be held liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to an account where the user's own negligence is established.
• Attempts to operate multiple accounts from the same device or network may trigger an investigation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Specific rules govern financial transactions on the 399db platform. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• When making a deposit, ensure you are using the correct payment details. Money sent with incorrect information may be delayed in returning.
• 399db does not charge any transaction fee on your deposits; however, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit into the account.
• Withdrawals may be held if verification has not been completed.
• In the case of unusual or suspicious activity, 399db reserves the right to investigate withdrawals.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

399db offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Accepting these offers means you agree to the associated terms.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and get a bonus of ৳1,500 — total balance ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳22,000 and get a bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳37,000.
• To make bonus winnings withdrawable, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• The same promotional offer cannot be used more than once on a single account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• 399db reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer as it sees fit, but no changes will be made to terms already in progress.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 399db may forfeit the bonus and associated winnings.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

There are some basic rules governing betting and gaming activity on 399db, which apply equally to all users.

General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 399db may cancel bets placed on odds or lines that were issued incorrectly due to a technical error.
• In sports betting, results are determined in accordance with the official announcement of the relevant sports authority.
• If any match is abandoned mid-way, 399db will settle bets in line with prevailing industry standards.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino and slot games are operated by accredited software providers and fair play is ensured.
• Game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, 399db will resolve it in accordance with its set policy.

07 Fair Use Policy

399db is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

Prohibited Activities

• Bonus abuse — such as creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Transferring or selling account ownership.
• Placing bets using any automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to interfere with or modify any software or system on the platform.
• Attempting to defraud or manipulate other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

If any user is found to be involved in any of the above activities, 399db reserves the right to notify the relevant legal authorities.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure at the User's Request

You may request permanent closure of your account at any time through the support team. Any remaining valid balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Suspension or Closure by 399db

• If evidence of a breach of terms is found.
• During an investigation into fraud or suspicious activity.
• If the provision of false information is established.
• On the order of a court or law enforcement authority.

Matters relating to the balance of a suspended account will be determined after the investigation is concluded.

09 Responsible Gaming

399db is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a means of financial resolution.

• You can set your own deposit limits, loss limits or session time limits.
• If you feel that gambling is getting out of your control, contact the support team and make use of the voluntary self-exclusion facility.
• This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

399db reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in a timely manner before any changes take effect.

• Updated terms and conditions will become effective from the date they are published on the platform.
• If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree to any changes, you may request to close your account.
